Bloomberg has reported on serial entrepreneur Elon Musk´s takeover f sometime controversial social media platform Twitter.
Twitter are reported to have reached an agreement from “the world richest man” Musk to buy the platform for a staggering $44 billion [€41.43 Bn. The entrepreneur has outlined funding of $13 billion via bank financing secured by the social-media company and $12.5 billion backed by a pledge of some of his $170 billion Tesla stake.
However he appears to be “sketchy” on exactly how he funds his share.
