The UK government has detailed its plans to change integral clauses agreed between the UK and EU in the post-Brexit agreement back in 2019. It says that its plans to alter the Northern Ireland Protocol are designed to make it easier for “Some Goods” to flow from the UK to Northern Ireland saying there is “no other way” of safeguarding essential interests of the UK.
