The UK has reached a deal to ease Trumps steel and aluminium tariffs in a move 
to strengthen trade. The agreement due to start on 1 June 2022 will allow 500,000 metric tons of steel annually to be imported duty free, with higher amounts subject to tariffs. The U.K. will also end retaliatory tariffs on more than $500 million worth of U.S. exports, including distilled spirits, agriculture products and consumer goods.
