The Director of GCHQ – The Intelligence Agency has warned that the West is faced with a “moment of reckoning” in terms of technology and security
Jeremy Fleming took the opportunity to outline the difficulties facing the West prior to giving this year’s Vincent Briscoe Annual Security Lecture at Imperial College, which he will deliver in the wake of the Integrated Review, which placed science and technology at the centre of future security and defence policy.
