In a rare show of strength and unity NATO, the G7 and the EU together with US President Joe Biden are all gathering in Brussels for a series of meetings about the Russian Invasion of Ukraine. Their aim is to show solidarity with Kyiv.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to participate in all three summits via video link.
Putin´s illegal invasion has given NATO the Defence organisation a renewed sense of purpose. As the EU attempts to sever energy ties with Russia, it needs to forge and reinforce other relationships, particularly with the US.
