The Institute for Government is hosting a special international, one-day virtual conference looking at the route to net zero ahead of COP26, the global United Nations climate change summit being hosted in Glasgow in November this year.

With the government committed to reducing the UK’s net emissions of greenhouse gases by 100% by 2050, the conference will explore the challenges in reaching this target identified in the Institute’s report on net zero.
